It goes like this: summer is here but somehow, like Tantalian tortures, your beloved season is full of sad incidents, huge turnovers and masks that falling. So you try to reach the bliss of the summer season and this, goes away. So you are left out, outdone, bleeding inside and then comes those ole' tunes of your archive coming from Maroco, Armenia, Turkey, Greece, Lebanon, Sahara Desert and around. So you make another mixtape with music to exorcise and remove your unhealthy filters.
There's also a more conventional explanation on why I choose Arabic music as a main source for this mixtape. It's my never ending fire that sets inside of me whenever I listen those powerful Arabic chords and melodies. I always felt as high as no alcohol or other drug can make me feel, with this music.
It is the ''distant sadness'' of the inner context of the songs. It's also the remarkable arrangements and stuff. So, I present you 16 not so randomly chosen pieces as sonic resorts to cure your soul.
