***TUESDAY NOVEMBER 16th, 2010 AT 9:30AM ***30 MINUTE WEEKLY SHOW*** The holidays are here and so are all the holiday parties and with those parties comes lots of food.
It's easy to get off track from eating well. Let's talk about some ideas for staying on track when it comes to eating REAL food and not too much of it! *If I am a mom who is hosting Thanksgiving or another holiday get-together, what are some things I need to know about creating a healthy menu? *What if I am attending a party - or two - or three - what can I do to make sure I eat well and don't over eat and drink? *How can I help my children to not overdo the party foods? *What other suggestions do you have for us regarding holiday eating?
