Why do they call it dance music? One theory I have is that certain types of dance music only make sense in a club environment where you can feel the sub bass shake your chest, and you find that the music has pressed some sort of primal button within which makes you grin like a loon and just brock wild. For me it's that feeling that defines breaks, it's not always clever or subtle but it is a very fresh, very British sound. If you like what you hear on this mix, definitely check out Air which runs monthly in Whitechapel.
