I’m very excited this week to have Dr. Dan Siegel back. Dan’s new book, Aware: The Science and Practice of Presence–The Groundbreaking Meditation Practiceis, is something that’s been on my radar for quite some time as it fits into much of what we discuss here on the podcast. And how does this impact the client? Dan Siegel is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine and the founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA.
