Topics on today's Todd and Don: North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory declared a state of emergency after a second night of rioting in Charlotte. Hillary Clinton & Donald Trump responded to the shootings in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Charlotte, North Carolina. And the number of Texas teachers accused of having improper relationships with students has climbed for the eighth year in a row. Blue Bell Ice Cream has issued a recall for its ice cream containing chocolate chip cookie dough pieces over Listeria concerns. Austin Chamber of Commerce VP Drew Scheberle joined Todd & Don today to discuss the Mobility Bond Project. Ahmad Khan Rahami, the man accused of carrying out bombings in New York & New Jersey, was flagged by custom officials twice in 2014.
