Scorpio Records: A small offshoot subsidiary of Fantasy records in the mid 1960s. The San Francisco based label lasted a mere 11 singles over 2 years, and recorded quite a bit of material that sat in the vaults for decades. The Scorpio label is best remembered for recording band named the Gollywogs who went on to much bigger things in the late 60s and early 70's. Never heard of the Gollywogs? You might know them better as Creedence Clearwater Revival!
