Christmas came early for tight-fisted councils who decided to shaft motorists for millions with so-called "moving traffic offences". Next time you accidentally take a wrong turn, or get stuck in a box junction, it'll be your local council, not the police, that are raking it in. At the moment, only London boroughs are allowed to do this, with one box junction in Fulham, West London, making £5 million in three years. I spoke to Howard Cox from the Fairfuel UK group for the latest on this war against motorists.
