According to Fortune Magazine, which has released its 19th annual list of the 100 best companies to work for, it's a combination of benefits, camaraderie and culture, among other things.

Check out the full list here. Google has topped the list 7 times in the 10 years that it's been featured, so it comes as no surprise that it's listed as #1 again this year.
