- With the recent IBCA ingestion of the Texas Gulf Coast BBQ Association, I will chat with BBQ Central Show Texas correspondent, Doug Scheiding, to get some background on these two organizations and what lead up to this union last week.

- Tim Schopp from Tim's Full Belli Deli joins me to recap the "Choke The Chicken" event he put on this past weekend. We will also talk about their upcoming competitions over the next few months as Tim's team is one of 3 we are following all season.

- Sterling Ball from Big Poppa Smokers served up a blow out this past weekend at the local Sam's Club event in Arizona this past weekend. We will recap the big win, talk about his new pork sponsor, discuss the growth of the Guinea Pig competition across the country and other items as well.
