You will have UC problems, problems with endpoints, with networks, and cloud or on-premises systems. Of course the goal is to prevent the problems but you are never 100% successful. So gaining insight into the UC end-to-end operation becomes paramount. With the right tools, reports, and analytics you could shorten the time to respond to and correct a problem incident.
