SoulVibe(s) - The Jazz Superstars Vol. II

SoulVibe(s) - The Jazz Superstars Vol. II

Playing tracks by

MLK, Nina Simone, Chet Baker, Art Tatum, Bill Evans Trio and more.

If you took 30 of the greatest Jazz musicians that have ever lived and put them all in one room with their instrument of choice; what sounds could you imagine? Add to that group jazz and blues vocalists that are out of this world; kings and queens of scat, improvisation, and jazz standards –
What you’d have is the latest entry to The SoulVibe(s) Podcast Series – aptly entitled – The Jazz Superstars Vol. II

With this installment of the monthly series, we pick up right where we left off with the first Jazz Superstars Mix – my first ever podcast – with legends of Jazz, Blues, and everything in between.

Listen to this mix in your car, at work, during your holiday parties, or right in your own headphones on your personal device.

**All of these tracks are from my private record collection and some original albums date back to the early thirties - the fidelity quality is not the best on all of the tracks – but the entire show is equalized for your listening enjoyment**

Your points of views and preferences in association are vehement ,compiling and very provoking.... Nice communication on this one my brother !!!!!!!!!!

It is a blessing to be able to share some of my favorite music with like minded historians and curators of sound. I want every one to listen to the track with Richard Pryor singing the blue. Hear it in his voice, he was telling the truth - "Nobody wants you when you're down and out."

Knock Knock ....good morning my brother hope you're not busy. I just thought of stopping by for a few hours to engage in some musical conversation. ...... I am loving this one !! That negro spiritual number really makes you stand up and take notice . Deep session my new brother.

I appreciate the follow back and getting your thoughts on the words of MLK - I am digging your page and my hope is to be able to go through it this weekend and listen to some of those classics that you put together up there.
