Chart positions
This show was 39th in the global chill chart.
A very chill mix of psych infused electronica, folk and experimental rock. Those weeping guitars, strangely beautiful distorted sounds and echos were my solace and escape, in the cold of April, during confinement in Montreal.
In this musical journey, Rapunzel escapes the tower (but on her own, since her country's border are still closed to her savior), crosses the desert on a slow horse, who then flies her to space where she meets the infinite.
It starts out with a demo by Helado Negro, released on Fragments du Monde Flottants, a compilation presented by Devandra Banhart, of some of his best friend's never released demos. Then, recent releases from M.Rux, Jiony and Lost Day (Tommy Guerrero's and Josh Lippi's new collaboration) take us to through the desert. The take off is orchestrated by Space Lady's kooky version of 'Born to be wild ' and 'Sendhi' by Kapitan (an off spring of Red Axes). In the end, Moon Duo and El Buho leave us to float serenely, weightless.
Enjoy!
