Indigenous People United: People's World Conference on Climate Change & Mother Earth Rights

Are we Listening? Do we realize what is happening? Climate Change represents a real threat to the existence of humanity, of living beings, and our Mother Earth as we know it today. Bolivia's President Evo Morales, an Indigenous person, has created a new opportunity for climate talks that failed in Copenhagen. (The United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, December 2009, was a step backwards). Bolivia will host an international meeting on Climate Change 19-22 April, People's World Conference on Climate Change and Mother Earth Rights to advance effective just solutions formulated by the people and free of narrow economic interests.
