I've been mixing since I was about 15 which was when I got my first pair of Technics 1200 MKII's, and I still have them now! I started off playing "Hardcore" as it was known then, back in 1991/1992 in the UK. After that I dabbled with House, Jungle and DnB, but "Oldskool Hardcore" as it is now known was always my favourite genre to play. It's just so much fun to cut up, even if most of it was badly produced, and more often than not, not musically correct!
My DJing style has changed over the years, I used to scratch a lot, but not so much these days. I need to get back into that actually...
I have DJ'd in the UK, Austria, Spain, Tenerife, Australia, and New Zealand to mention just a few. I also ran a few record labels - Enormous Mouse being the one I am most known for. The music we put out on Enormous Mouse was what took me all over the world DJing, and for that I am forever grateful.
