This Week in Worship: We begin our New Year with a new Sermon Series: CrossFit. This series is focused on building believers. The premise is that discipleship is active and takes regular practice in order to grow. This series will use the exercise regimen known as CrossFit as a metaphor for discipleship practice. CrossFit is an exercise regimen that has gained great popularity in our culture. It uses high intensity interval training, lots of reps in a short time, practiced over time to build fitness and endurance.
