This www.stereophonic-supply.co broadcast provides the soundtrack to an article that I wrote for Shook magazine which now resides on my own on-line journal. During the mid-Seventies, I used to journey along the Kingsland Road through Stoke Newington and Stamford Hill up to Seven Sisters, stopping off at every reggae shop along the way. Today, in 2013, all those shops have vanished and with them a significant slice of local history and culture. Hopefully, the music I’ve selected will evoke that era and bring the journey to life. Enjoy.
