Sound Explorer is a monthly radio show on the alternative radio station Lora in Zurich, Switzerland (97.5 FM). The name explains it all: we combine urban music stiles in an extraordinary mixture of Disco, Jazz, Funk, Deep House, Hip Hop, Latin, Electronic and much more. Our aim is to dissolve the borders between the various music styles and communities by letting our listeners discover old and new tracks from each genre. Our exploring activities are guided by high quality demands, building the link between the different periods and styles. All the shows are improvisational, that means, we do not prepare the playlist but use our flow. And each of us plays only one track until the other plays the next one. Quite demanding...
