Brand new to Soho Radio is food show Biting Talk, hosted by Magazine Editor and food critic, William Sitwell. Featuring interviews with leading figures from the food and drink industry as well as restaurant reviews, interactive discussion of hot topics and a ‘foodie angels and devils’ segment, in which a concept will be pitched in front of a rotating panel of experts.
This week, he was joined by Alice Waters, Sally Clarke, Richard Vines and Paul from Cocao Hernando.
