I think a little more investment in the brand and marketing would take us far! It would be best if you threw the brand out there for people to appreciate. Better management, more marketing, and an online presence will go a long way into building the brand!
Also, Your Afrikaans mixes should return; no DJ has your level of diversity on African r&b and soul (That sweet side of Africa series should come back - at least 2 per year)
