A SHE Yoga Practice to Shift from a Hot Mess to a Graceful Goddess

Self-care and spiritual practice can feel like such luxuries when the world is spinning into chaos, right?

Deep breath. Hand on heart. I hear you.

I’ve seen so many women — deeply caring, aware, tuned-in women — let their self-care lapse, these past few months.

In my own initiation-by-fire in 2016, my self-care routines got thoroughly scrambled. This is simply what happens when our world gets thrown into a Vita-Mix and blended on high (with a healthy dose of fear and uncertainty spooned in).

But these tough times? Are precisely when we need to slow down, get centered, and connect the most.

Tough times call for serious self-care.

And one of the best ways to take care of ourselves is through a feminine embodiment practice.

So, this fourth (and final) class in our Chaotic Calm series, will be a little bit different…. It’s a guided women’s yoga class to help you embody the softness, resilience, and grace you need for these turbulent times.
