A Reasonably Adjusted Debate: Disability On and Off Screen

We know that people with disabilities are vastly underrepresented in the world of factual TV and documentaries. In theory – and in law – a "reasonable adjustment" to working conditions should allow them to compete. But do we always understand what constitutes a disability, let alone a "reasonable adjustment"? The panel was chaired by Karen Hoy (reasonablyadjustedtv.com) and featured Ade Rawcliffe (Channel 4), Adam Pearson (actor & presenter), Julie Shaw (Series Producer) and Alex Usborne (104 Films).
