Originally from the Frankfurt area in South-West Germany, Kisser was musically socialized by Robert Johnson and its creative environment. Her performances are built around a healthy dose of ignorance towards genre boundaries passion for the culture of vinyl and a smirking perspective on the state of dance music in the 21st century topped off with the result of countless hours bent over dusty boxes in record shops around the world. David likes dancing, records and neatly arranged small things. He dislikes airports, rain and the commoditization of music in 21st-century consumer capitalism. Also, he sometimes plays records for and with his friends, holds a residency for the Amsterdam-based Love Foundation, and occasionally attempts to fail at music journalism.
Recorded on 14th Mar 2018.
