Scripture: REVELATION 21:1-6; EARTH DAY
The Bible begins with the creation of earth and all that is in it—a remarkably appropriate place to start. And it ends with a vision of a new heaven and a new earth—a fine place to finish. First God creates all that is. Then problems arise. And as a final reassurance, we’re given the reminder that all shall be well. We begin in grace. Things get messed up. And the promise is that we shall end in grace. That’s the arc of the story of the Bible in a ridiculously abbreviated nutshell.
