This is a tricky subject no matter whether you find yourself at work or at home. How do you resolve the age-old question, “if only he (or she) would change…”
The easy out on this one is assuming everyone “else” is 100% correct or 100% wrong. It is human nature to be defensive and certainly when you get consistent or thematic feedback from 3 or more sources that the issue is “yours”…The truth is somewhere in the middle and that is what we will focus on in this show….How to sort through the defensiveness and determine if your behavior is causing a real business issue or the rumblings of a few disgruntled co-workers.
