Third programme from the music vaults,Chris Coco follows the development of Chillout, from it's classical origins .The journey takes him from 19th Century Paris, through to the 21st Century beach bars of Ibiza, Amsterdam's Supper Clubs, England's Malvern Hills and back to the contemporary Paris chillout scene.Chris talks to Jose Padilla, the man widely regarded as the spiritual father of the genre, whose session tapes sound-tracking the setting sun over Cafe del Mar, turned into the popular compilation series.
