Part 2 of Rob's debut 'Lazy Sunday afternoon' show - featuring an eclectic range of retro and emergent young talent, in the form of Bluebeat Arkestra, quite possibly the most original and soulful band from the West Midlands since Dexy's Midnight Runners searched for the young soul rebels all those years ago. Cornwall's rockin' bluesmen Devil's Creek kick off this Noxcast with Alvin Lee's 'Hear Me Calling' as Rob revels in his link play via Slade live at the BBC in 1972, Kevin Rowland trying to get the feeling that he had in '72 whilst his vocalist influence General Johnson reminds us that all we need is understanding. Rob brings it all back to Kernow with details of Phil Burdett's imminent tour of the wild West and the final track of Phil's seminal album, 'See You Later, Forever.' Keep it Retro on a lazy Sunday afternoon ... you know it makes sense!
