Today's show was one for the books! We opened the show hearing some words of wisdom from Richard on having hope and hearing what this world meant to him. We then went to announcements, which were on being scam free, road work and lead filters for water being offered by the Milwaukee City Health Department. This was followed by discussing the importance of self-care: mind, body spirit. We remember the great Gwen Ifill who was many things to many people and left a legacy that will be remembered by those who knew her and of her.

The inspiration was on A True Thanksgiving by Judy Hand and followed by a thanksgiving prayer by Richard. This lead us to discuss the importance of giving back and completing the circle of life.

Next we talked about the role and importance of education. Young people need to be inspired at home, at school and socially from the community. For example, Richard gave advice to a young student on the city bus to encourage him th always be a good person and to always
