“I first met Joe on 8th March 1993 following his appearance on another presenters show. The following year I had my own opportunity to interview him on Sunday 6th November 1994. We were back stage at the Royal & Derngate Theatre in Northampton prior to his performance. Some sixteen years later he popped up on my show again for a telephone chat prior to his re visit to Northampton on Sunday 6th June 2010”
Joseph Roger "Joe" Brown, MBE (born 13th May 1941) is an English entertainer. He has worked as a rock & roll singer and guitarist for more than five decades. He was a stage & television performer in the late 1950s & a UK recording star in the early 1960s. In recent years he has again concentrated on recording and performing music, playing two tours of around 100 shows every year & releasing an album almost every year. Joe talks about his part in the 'Concert For George' (Harrison) memorial show - 29th November 2002
