We dive into the late Sega Master System library and unearth quite the diamond, Golden Axe Warrior. Well, it’s more like Cubic Zirconia. It looks nice, it might impress someone who has no idea about what they are looking at, and it’s clearly a copy of something far more impressive. Honestly, it has a lot more in common with a Nintendo classic than anything else with the Golden Axe name on it.
We also take a listener question this week: What game can you play over and over due to nostalgia that you also can admit is a pretty terrible game?
