Sunrise near Lake Khövsgöl in Mongolia.
Right in the north of Mongolia, on the border with Russian Siberia, the forest descends to the edges of the big lake Khövsgöl. Here, in summer, live the last Tsaatans, reindeer and horse breeders. In winter, they will join the deep forest. The meeting of the forest (mainly larches), with this immense lake, gives a quite remarkable acoustics in which forest and aquatic sounds mix.
