The Great Dilemma (e04)

The Great Dilemma (e04)

Playing tracks by

Apparat, Gareth Davis & Frances-Marie Uitti, Greg Haines, Birds of Passage & I've Lost, Kreng and more.

Episode 4 lays the focus on the economic side of the problem. What Zizek critiques, Tim Jackson has something like the beginning of an answer for. Alessio Rastani, the guy who shocked the (economic) world by naming the problem on BBC a couple of months ago also plays an important part. This episode also features biologist Paul Ehrlich and astrophysicist Michio Kaku as well as the usual weirdness found on Youtube. Immerse.

Great vibe set by this. The angry German kid was a shock, but I'd never expect to hear it in a mix, very funny but tragic. Peace.

Alright, Raph, just seeing it now. Will oblige, promise. All the very best for 2013 ! Perhaps the Transhumanists and the Singularity crowd deserve a treatment .. also, the Cognitive Science of Religion and the so called Psychedelic science people. As to sounds, Ambient Drone is one of the genres I listen to a lot these days, Bandcamp is full of it. Fluid Radio is a good place to get acquainted. Some of the far out Art sites could also be of interest (including technology and consciousness), as well as theoretical, mathematical architecture folk. And some of the new, nihilistic philosophers appearing all over, etc, etc.
