Personality rights - sometimes called Publicity rights - are the rights of an individual to control the commercial use of his or her name, image, or likeness. The WWE owns the broadcast rights (tape libraries) of most of the old wrestling territories. The question raised by Bobby Fulton and others is, does the WWE owe wrestlers residuals or royalties from the use of those broadcast rights, if the wrestlers' personality rights were not released.
