First hour – As Lent approaches Sean Larkin joins us to explore the meanings behind Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday.
Second hour – Woking has a strong Fairtrade movement with a 10 year history. Fairtrade fortnight begins at the end of February with many local events organised. The slogan this year is “sit down for breakfast, stand up for farmers”. We shall hear more about this campaign and how you can participate.
Third hour – Sally Francis joins us to introduce her book “Remember Who You Truly Are – Love Unlimited”. Sally has been a science teacher and is a life-coach and healer. We shall discuss methods for breaking through fear and moving forward in life.
