We are a new kind of online radio ‘station’ for Edinburgh, and beyond, working in conjunction with the great creative hub for the arts, Summerhall, in south Edinburgh. Inspired by a venue that is vibrant all year-round we decided to combine our love of the arts and passion for music to create a portal for shows we hope you’ll enjoy and share.
Our music shows are currently All Shook Up (soul, gospel, blues), Back at the Control Tower (jazz and world music) and the Reggae Basement. We regularly post interviews with artists based at Summerhall, visiting performers, event organisers and others with something interesting to say.
2015 will see new spoken word shows, political debates, Beginners’ Guides to (starting with Rockabilly) as well as our regular music and arts shows. www.radiosummerhall.com
