This Week In Palestine: Alison Weir, founder/director of If Americans Knew , Segment 1

Author and historian Alison Weir recently came to Natick, MA, and spoke about her experiences visiting Israel and Palestine. Needless to say, she was shocked by the cruelty Israelis were visiting upon the native Palestinians. These experiences changed her life dramatically. One of the results is the organization she founded and now directs, If Americans Knew (ifamericansknew.org).

What she saw in Palestine, along with her findings as a historian, led her to write the recent book, Against Our Better Judgment: How the U.S. was used to create Israel. This remarkable book brings together meticulously sourced evidence to outline the largely unknown history of U.S.-Israel relations, including the recently-revealed activities of an illicit secret society involving two Supreme Court justices, Louis Brandeis and his protege, Felix Frankfurter.
