Today on the Country Hour: we ask the question, is the 417 visa program broken? Last night the ABC's Australian Story, told the personal story of the tragic murder of two British backpackers last year. The program, Long Way From Home, portrayed a darker side of the farm worker visa system with calls for an overhaul of the scheme.
