Welcome to episode 44 of Podsnacks the weekly edition of my daily blog, www.artofthediet.com. Today, I'm going to talk about technology and what part it has played in seven successful years of weight management. Keeping those 60 pounds circling the parking lot has not been left to chance and technology has played its part.
First, I'll tell you right now, my wrists have no Fitbits, Jawbones, or fitness bracelet bling of any kind around them as I talk into this microphone for the podcast. Nor does my belt have a pedometer or anything with a clip attached to a counter.
