This week's episode of PODSNACKS the weekly podcast of my daily blog art of the diet.com is not as funny as Dave Barry but hopefully it's as truthful. Rice cakes, let's face it, is not a food choice you are offering to anyone who is still breathing or who has, at least, a choice of fried grasshoppers instead.
My topic today is about whether it is better to eat three meals a day or to have multiple smaller meals throughout the day to lose or to maintain your weight. My answer? Depends on the person and who you listen to for "facts" but for me it comes down to when do I feel most in control of my food choices?
