Hello, this is Pat Coakley and episode 52 of Podsnacks, the weekly edition of my almost daily blog, www.artofthediet.com. And, today's episode was triggered by my new passport arriving in the mail this week, the K-POP, Korean pop music phenomenon, and the study of The Biggest Loser TV show being published in the Journal of Obesity.
The photo of me with short white hair had been treated with some sort of yellow filter--perhaps a feature of the security filters on what are now "electronic" passports as well as paper--I have no idea.
We, the gray haired beauties, are always fighting the yellow cast--effects of mother nature's light and mineral deposits in our water on to our white/gray hair-- so when I saw the photo, I thought so much for the mineral extraction bath that removes the yellow that I just paid for at the beauty salon.
Some go for an opposite to yellow on t
