Yep, that about sums up the week. Take no prisoners. I don't know about you but I'm blaming Daylight Savings Time. This week in Art of the Diet world I've been brought back to my senses, literally and in some cases thanks to DST, lethargically kicking and screaming and two fisting carbs to compensate. But, that's last week's news and phooey on that old saw but honestly if I was still needed in the fields to work the crops and support the family farm, I'd be a bit more sanguine about this disturbance in my sleeping habits which to be fair were horrendous in Regular Savings Time.
But, Let's talk good senses, bad senses, with an emphasis on the good ones!
