Change is Good. You go first. Podsnacks/Art of the Diet 032

I decided to turn my Part 1 and Part II blog posts about "Change is Good. You Go First " into two podcasts.  Today, is Part 1.   The reason?  I think the concept of "change" is essential for me to successfully maintain a 60 pound weight loss for the seventh year.  The statistics have been against me from the beginning as we all well know.  But, hopefully, sharing my story as well as  sharing others' stories, as in the last two podcasts,  of those who have managed to do it successfully year after year, will encourage my readers and listeners as well.
