“Preach not to others what they should eat, but eat as becomes you and be silent. ”
Well, so much for the "silent" part but I am not preaching what others should eat, just the effects of what I am currently eating and why. I do not recommend it to anyone because honestly, I'm not sure I am going to recommend it to myself in two weeks time.
For now, 10 weeks and counting, it's a match-not made in heaven, but a match.
So, welcome to "Change is good. You go first. Part II" and I'll try not to preach because folks, particularly women, who are attached to a certain diet, can get all holier than thou and start telling other folks how to live because they have found the way the truth and the light. Why do we do that? Probably, because we think it's helpful. PS. It's not because there's not one size fits all in this world in clothing or diets.
At any rate, I see no way, truth or light other than what applies to me and it might only seem to have those properties on any given day
