The week's results of my 5 steps to lose 2 lbs Week are in. Overall, I succeeded but did fail in a spectacular fashion with one measure.

Ok. So let's take a look at the Five Steps I charted in order of importance.
#1 Step: Weigh daily
#2 Step: Structure of 3 meals, 2 snacks
#3 Step: Add 1/2 hour exercise to my hour hour walk.
#4 Step: Do something new. I meant it in a new recipe way.
#5 Step: Cancel subscription to HULU.
The result of this? Drum roll. I lost 2.6 pounds.
