There is one thing as a podcaster you will hear from other podcasters and that is,
I am going to be authentic and real
There are two reasons as to why a podcast host would even say this? They are not being authentic and that host is trying to cover up a feeling of guilt. If you are trying to cover up the fact that you are doing something that is not real. I hear that phrase and I wonder what that host is trying to hide. Why do they feel that they are not being authentic?
Then there to the context of I don't want to edit. I just want to keep it real. Well, on this angle that needs to be addressed. There are three items that are important to being authentic.
