He grew up in motocross, beginning with when his dad spotted a used Honda mini bike for sale in a neighbor's yard and bought it as a Christmas present for him. He raced for a very long time, and then became a "career-man" when he started working at a bike shop, while also announcing local races. He's into all kind of motocross -- vintage, contemporary, amateur, pro -- and an avid collector of moto memorabilia. He was always destined to work at Racer Productions and MX Sports, and we even gave him the nickname "MegaWatt" back in the day. It finally worked out on merch and marketing, and he's morphed into working on both sides of the building, announcing nationals and GNCC and ATV events, and just whatever comes up. He's one of those Swiss Army-knife motorcycle men, learning to do whatever it takes to be around motorcycles to make a living.
