Great to hear these songs from a very prolific time in Music. Thanks Allan Freeman. Greetings from Lisbon.

Bloody fantastic, thanks for this - very evocative! Thank goodness for home recorders, worth their weight in gold.

Absolutely ! Every Sunday Mum would begin cooking the Sunday Roast from about 9am. My two brothers would go to the pub, while I helped Mum make the pastry for jam tarts. At 1:30pm I'd set the table and my brothers would return from the pub at 2pm (drunk), and we'd all sit down to lunch. We'd watch "Star Soccer" on ATV then at 4:30pm Mum would've got the Birds Trifle with Dream Topping ready plus tinned peaches and Carnation milk with sandwiches and lots of cups of tea for Teatime at 5pm. Then at 6pm it'd be Radio 1 to listen to Pick of the Pops. At 7pm Mum would do the ironing to "Sing Something Simple" while we'd all have a bath one after the other. It was the only bath of the week to get us ready for the week.

This is absolutely brilliant. an original POTP with Fluff and i would listen every sunday, right from when i was in the infants school and while my mum made me have a bath, hahahaha. She knew i wouldnt make a fuss if i could have POTP on.
