Paleo Radio Bites 40 - It's Good to be a Meat Dork

While competing in Korean Crossfit, weightlifting, and powerlifting competitions, Kenneth Chung discovered Paleo but while he was excited to embrace this new lifestyle, he also discovered that sourcing grass-fed meat wasn't easy. A chance job assignment consulting for an international meat packing company gave him a crash course in the meat industry, and in 2012, he joined the team behind Bos Creek, a subscription box service that shipped customized boxes of grass-fed meat nationwide. Always the competitor, Kenneth knew he could do better, and with their just launched Meat Dorks kickstarter campaign, he hopes to change the meat delivery game with source verification, Whole Animal Journeys, and even greater customer customization. Today on Paleo Radio Bites we're joined by Kenneth Chung, creator of Meat Dorks, to find out more about the project, their mission, and how to cook zabuton, the most popular cut of beef in Japan.   Check out the NEW Paleo Fitness App     Links & Resourc
