It can be difficult to change our ways because we're often looking for that quick fix to drop weight and be healthy for a short amount of time before going back to our old ways. Fortunately, it's really not that hard to become healthier. You just have to make changes, be persistent, and have patience.  A healthy lifestyle is truly a gift to ourselves and we can enjoy the process by taking in each moment and achievement.  We don't have to be hard on ourselves
