While at the global media agency Universal McCann he created the worlds largest Social Media Tracking study. By the third wave it had grown to cover 29 countries and 17,000 respondents. It created a huge buzz online, on the conference circuit and in the press and became somewhat of a seminal piece of research on Social Media appearing in PowerPoint presentations across the world.
