Inspired by one of his recent live mixes, Grimey said:

"I played a prime time club set a few weeks ago and thought it was probably the best I'd ever done. As sod's law would have it my recording didn't come out ok so I wrote the tracklist down as best I remembered it at home and recorded it on a particularly rainy day, for nostalgia's sake more than anything.

Probably a few tracks in here that you wouldn't find in my studio mixes (and doesn't really flow the same way either), but there's not much Instra:mental or Data you can play at a dancefloor rave!"
